Life can be incredibly challenging and sometimes things can start to feel out of control. Regardless of what brings you here, the message I want to send you is that, even in those places that feel dark and void, even there, there is vast potential for change and healing.

I understand that seeking out professional support can be intimidating or uncomfortable depending on what your experience around therapeutic help has been. For this reason, I make it a priority to take things at a pace that respects where my clients are at in their lives, cognitively, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Whether you are feeling in need of someone to attentively listen without fear of judgment or wanting more active support around making or coping with a challenge or change in your life, I would be honored to share in this valuable work with you.

“I am what time, circumstance, history, have made of me, certainly, but I am also, much more than that. So are we all.”

-James Baldwin

Therapeutic Focus

While I have experience working with a wide spectrum of challenges, I have come to focus my practice on issues related to depression, anxiety, substance use, disordered eating, chronic stress and relationship difficulties.

Despite focusing on these issues my therapeutic lens is holistic. This means that I understand that specific challenges cannot truly be separated from the totality of you and they almost always have a complex underlay of related symptoms and contributing factors.
