How will I know if you and your services are right for me?
Sometimes finding the right therapist can be challenging. If you find you are not feeling a sense of safe, comfortable connection within our relationship after a session or two, I will always support you in finding a more appropriate fit.
Fees/Payment?
I charge $155 per 50min session. I accept cash, e-transfer, and credit cards. I am registered with most insurance portals, and am happy to direct bill whenever possible.
Are your services covered by extended health plans?
Extended health plans vary but registered social workers are often covered.
Are you registered with any other service coverage programs?
I am a registered therapist with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), Crime Victims' Assistance Program (CVAP), and ICBC. My services are covered for clients who have prior approval through those programs.

For those clients that are eligible for FNHA coverage, after connecting, if you wish to continue I am able to apply for my services to be covered on your behalf.

I am registered with Telus Health and although it is dependent on your individual policy details, most insurance companies cover registered social workers (RSW). If requested, I will direct bill where possible.​
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
At this time my sliding scale spaces are full. Please contact me if you are interested in getting on a waitlist. My sliding scale rate is context dependent-call me to discuss.
Can I claim session costs on my Income tax?
Yes, any costs not covered by extended health plans can be claimed on your income taxes. Registered Social Workers are eligible medical professionals.
